We make every effort to produce toys as accurately as possible to your desired outcome.  However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. We reserve the right to reject/refund any products at any time for any reason.

Classic Toys vs. Statues

Classic Toys are plush toys that are filled with polyester fiberfill. Statues stand up and are filled with polyester fiberfill, lumber and/or metal to support the toys position.

Refunds and exchanges

All orders are final sale. 

Shipping

Originals ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. All custom orders are pre-orders and have guaranteed shipping dates of 1-4 months post order. Crochet statue commissions ship within 1-3 months of purchase. Rush orders can only be applied to Classic Toys.
