Welcome to Mes Amis Toys! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through our website, including crochet kits, classic toys, statues, and custom commissions. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors, materials, and small details may vary slightly due to monitor settings, material availability, or the handmade nature of each item.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at any time for any reason.

Crochet Kits

Our crochet kits include materials and instructions for you to complete your own project.

  • Replacements: Kits may be replaced only if they arrive damaged.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available in the form of store credit only.
  • Eligibility: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your kit, providing clear photos of the damage.
  • Non-returnable items: Opened, used, or altered kits cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect.

Classic Toys and Statues

We take great care to produce each toy to your desired specifications. However, as each item is handmade, minor variations may occur.

Definitions:

  • Classic Toys are soft plush toys filled with polyester fiberfill.
  • Statues are structured pieces designed to stand independently, filled with polyester fiberfill and supported internally with wood, metal, and/or PVC for stability.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All Classic Toys and Statues are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted except in cases of confirmed damage during shipping.

Commissions and Custom Orders

We strive to create commissioned pieces as accurately as possible to your requested design.

  • While we do our best to meet your vision, we cannot guarantee exact replication of colors, features, or proportions.
  • All commission sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted once work has begun.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason prior to starting the project.

Shipping and Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship products: Ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase.
  • Classic Toys: Ship within 1–4 months of order date (see product description for estimated turnaround time).
  • Crochet statue commissions: Ship within 1–3 months of purchase.
  • Rush orders: Available only for Classic Toys and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Express Shipping: Available for crochet kits only. Please select this at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already been processed or shipped. Once work on a custom or commission order has begun, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Liability

Mes Amis Toys is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our products. All items are intended for decorative and gentle use only unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, photos, and product concepts are the intellectual property of Mes Amis Toys.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially sell our designs or finished products without written permission.
  • Crochet kits and patterns are provided for personal use only.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will apply to all future purchases.
