Crochet Kits

• Replacements: Kits may be replaced only if they arrive damaged.
• Refunds: Refunds are available in the form of store credit only.
• Eligibility: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your kit, providing clear photos of the damage.
• Non-returnable items: Opened, used, or altered kits cannot be returned or refunded.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect.

Commissions, Classic Toys, Statues

All Classic Toys and Statues are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted except in cases of confirmed damage during shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
